Benton County Board of Commissioners Chair Pat Malone is inviting community members to stop by for informal, one-on-one conversations during a new series called “Chats with Pat.”
The drop-in sessions are designed to give residents, business owners, students and County employees an opportunity to share ideas, ask questions and connect directly with County leadership.
Chats with Pat are being held twice monthly on Tuesdays from 3:30 to 5 pm in the lobby of the Kalapuya Building, 4500 SW Research Way in Corvallis.
Upcoming dates include Tuesday, April 14 and Tuesday, April 28.
No appointment is needed. Community members can stop in at any time during the scheduled hours.
Be a Blood Donor, Save a Life
As regular readers know, promoting area blood drives is baked into our DNA at The Advocate. It’s not often you can be all sedentary and save a life at the same time – which does have an appeal to it.
Book a time to give blood or platelets now by visiting RedCrossBlood.org, calling 1-800-RED CROSS or by using the Red Cross Blood Donor App.
