Bodhi Bakery’s second Corvallis location has swung its doors open, and that’s not all, they’ve also announced an opening at Mac Market in McMinnville.
The new Corvallis location is at 230 1st Street, and given it has a full kitchen, customers can anticipate an expanded menu. Expectations are high – principal Cody Utzman founded the well reputed Frankie’s restaurant in Albany – which he later sold. Before that, he worked the New York restaurant scene, so hence, our anticipation of good things.
The new location in McMinnville replaces the current Mac Market bakery operation. An early November opening is anticipated – and customers there will see a menu that includes coffee, tea, pastries, cookies and breads.
