Fun Friday Goat Yoga. No Regrets Flower Farm & Animal Sanctuary, 26641 Bellfountain Road, Monroe. 6:00 p.m. $25. Goat Yoga is part yoga, part animal-assisted therapy, and part beautiful views and loving animals. It’s about disconnecting from day to day stress, illness or depression and focusing on happy vibes. No yoga experience is needed. Join in on a Goat Yoga class at No Regrets Farm Sanctuary in Monroe, located between Eugene and Corvallis. Teen Takeover: Rainbow Nerf. Main Meeting Room, 645 NW Monroe Ave., Corvallis, OR. 6:30 p.m. – 9 p.m. Teens in grades 6-12 take over the library after it closes on the 3rd Friday of the month; join us for a Pride Party in June! Materials and snacks provided. This event opens at 6:30pm; the library closes at 6pm. Teens at the library at close must exit and then re-enter through the library doors on Monroe Ave. Teens will be released at 9pm through the same doors. Corvallis Farmers Market. Downtown Corvallis, 1st St., Corvallis. 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Free. The Corvallis Farmers Market happens Wednesdays and Saturdays, from 9am to 1pm, April through November, on First Street in downtown Corvallis. The Farmers Market offers fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy and more, all sourced locally from Benton County and the counties immediately surrounding Benton County. Field Trip to Marys Peak Scenic Botanical Area. Oregon State University, Wilkinson Hall
2601 NW Orchard Avenue, Corvallis. 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Free. Phil Hays and Esther McEvoy will lead a hike from the campground through the noble fir forest, along the meadow edge trail to the summit and back to the campground. It will be about a three mile roundtrip hike of medium difficulty. Meet at the parking lot on the north side of Wilkinson (between NW 27th Street and Arnold Way) at OSU at 9 a.m. to carpool to the hike. Bring lunch, water and appropriate hiking gear. A separatist movement encompassing hundreds of planets and powerful corporate alliances poses new threats to the galaxy that even the Jedi cannot stem. These moves, long planned by an as yet unrevealed and powerful force, lead to the beginning of the Clone Wars — and the beginning of the end of the Republic. Join beloved host Petunia Rufflebottom as she leads you on an nautical-themed showcase of ariel and other crabtivating bodily arts. Drag Storytime. 10 am, The Whiteside. Join drag queen, Princess Maliena while she reads stories and does some crafts. Tickets will be available at whitesidetheatre.org for $5 / presale and $8 at the door for kiddos 12 and under, and $8 presale & $10 at the door for adults. 

Sunday Brunch With Revel’n. Revel’n is back for your brunch entertainment. Old World Deli, 10 am-12 pm. Looks like folk music. 

Monday, June 19 

Juneteenth Celebration: 4pm-7pm, Corvallis Community Center, 2601 NW Tyler Avenue. Join the Linn-Benton NAACP in celebrating freedom and community at their Juneteenth Celebration. Festivities will include a Black-Owned Business Expo, showcasing the talents and products of local entrepreneurs; meeting the NAACP committees; a community fair of local resources, arts and crafts activities for all ages; a Build-Your-Own-Library book giveaway; free food from Black-owned restaurants; music by DJ Kirkwood; and much more.
