Corvallis Arts Walk. Downtown Corvallis, Corvallis. 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. Free. The Corvallis Arts Walk (CAW) is a grass-roots organized art walk that takes place on the 3rd Thursday of each month in downtown Corvallis from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Galleries, studios, arts and crafts stores and the occasional pop-up keep their doors open late to host an art-related event or demonstration. Movie in the Park: WALL-E. Avery Park, 1200 SW Avery Park Dr., Corvallis. 6 p.m. Free. Experience an FREE outdoor movie screening of the timeless classic, Wall-E at Avery Park! Fun starts at 6pm, movie starts at sunset. Join Corvallis Parks and Recreation for Aerial Arts Performance, Fun with the Library, Robot Comedian (if its circuits don’t overload in the heat wacka wacka), Concessions and more! Bring your loved ones, a comfortable blanket, and immerse yourself in the captivating story that reminds us of the significance of love, friendship, and environmental responsibility. Music in the Park: The Easy Targets. City Park, 299 S 23rd St., Philomath. 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Free. Music in the Park is a free concert series held at City Park in Philomath. Concerts take place on the 3rd Thursdays and the last Sundays of each month, May through August, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. This concert series is fun for the whole family. Bring a chair and relax in the lawn while enjoying a variety of music. All concert donations will go to the Philomath Performing Arts Benefit Fund. SAGE Summer Concert. Starker Arts Park Amphitheater, 4485 SW Country Club Drive, Corvallis. 6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Free. Join the Corvallis Environmental Center for their annual outdoor summer concert series. Concerts are held at the Starker Arts Park amphitheater from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and admission is free (with a suggested donation of $20/family). Food and beverages will be available for purchase, provided by Pupuseria del Valle, Mud Oven Pizza, First Alternative Co-op, Tyee Winery, Block 15 Brewing, Lumos Winery, and Beaver Classic Food Truck. Bring a picnic blanket or lawn chair and enjoy some wine and tunes. For our August Third Thursday Twilight Tasting, we’re excited to be hosting Enjoy the Ride! They are a Corvallis-based wide-ranging musical adventure from the 70s to today. 2023 Oregon Senior Games. Various Locations in the Greater Corvallis Area, Corvallis. 8 a.m. Various Entry Fees. Athletes ages 50+ (National Senior Games qualifying age) can compete in several sports offered. The Oregon Senior Games are a great chance to test your mettle against other seniors while enjoying a getaway to beautiful Corvallis, Oregon. Whether you’re a super-competitive athlete or just someone looking to stay active, the Oregon Senior Games is a great event to add to your must-do list! Weekend One (Aug. 10-13) includes Archery, Bowling, Golf, Pickleball, Power Walk, Race Walk, Racquetball, Table Tennis, and Track & Field. Weekend Two (Aug. 17-20) includes Disc Golf, Softball, Swimming, and Tennis Cycling Time Trial, and 5k/10k Road Races. Summer Farm Tours. Terra Bella Farm, 6959 Northeast Elliott Circle, Corvallis. 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. $5 – $10. Experience Terra Bella Farm’s eleven acres during the beautiful summer season. Meet and interact with Terra Bella’s alpacas, dwarf goats, and chickens, including feeding them, petting them, and brushing them. There are multiple time slots per day available for tours. Fun Friday Goat Yoga. No Regrets Flower Farm & Animal Sanctuary, 26641 Bellfountain Rd., Monroe. 6 p.m. $25.  Join a one-off goat yoga session every Friday night, June 9 through Aug. 25, 2023! Goat Yoga is part yoga, part animal-assisted therapy, and part beautiful views and loving animals. It’s about disconnecting from day to day stress, illness or depression and focusing on happy vibes. No yoga experience is needed. Join in on a Goat Yoga class at No Regrets Farm Sanctuary in Monroe, located between Eugene and Corvallis. Concerts are 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and the suggested check-in time is 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. There will be cheese, salami, crackers, and Burst’s Chocolates available for purchase (as well as wine, of course). Live Music at Lumos: Zingaresca Esemble. Lumos Wine Co., 24000 Cardwell Hill Dr., Philomath. 6 p.m. –  8 p.m. $20. Join Lumos Wine Co. for live music in the afternoons and evenings during the summer. Bring a picnic blanket or lawn chair and enjoy some wine and tunes. Join us under the oaks for a concert on Friday, August 18th at 6:00pm. Doors open at 5:00pm. Bring concert chairs or a picnic blanket and enjoy a glass of wine and some great music. Enjoy some wood fired pizza from Nomadic Pizza Food Truck, or bring your own picnic dinner! Tickets are $20 and are available. Juilliard-trained baritone Anton Belov will join the famous Romani (Gypsy) guitar virtuoso Vadim Kolpakov and classical guitarist Oleg Timofeyev for a new program inspired by the music of Eastern Europe, Spain, France, Italian opera, and even American jazz standards.
