Hailey Kimchi is a flavor-obsessed food scientist and nutritionist who builds community through her creative, hyperlocal ferments and pastries. South Corvallis Food Hub Community Meeting. 6 p.m. Tunison Community Room, 365 SW Tunison, Corvallis. The City of Corvallis and Benton County are moving forward with plans for a food hub in South Corvallis! As part of the strategic planning process, the City will be seeking bids from firms interested in serving as operator of the new food hub concept. The operator will develop and manage the day-to-day activities associated with the food hub, and will serve as the primary point of contact for food providers who might utilize the hub concept. The community can learn more about the forthcoming request for proposals (RFP) at an upcoming public meeting scheduled for 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 25 at the Tunison Meeting Room, 365 SW Tunison.
