Final Weekend for Corvallis High’s Clue: On Stage

Clue: On Stage is a hilarious, fast-paced whodunit that adapts the 1985 movie (itself based on the board game) into a live performance. Set during a fierce storm in a secluded mansion in 1954, six mysterious guests, along with the butler Wadsworth and a French maid, are blackmailed by their host, who is then found dead. The characters, using aliases, must figure out who among them is the killer, where the murder took place, and with what weapon, all while trying to evade the other murders and the police.

Okay, we’re loving this and we’re in the tank for the vibe, we say go for it.

Because this is a Corvallis School District Theaters production, there’s warnings which we will reprint here verbatim…. CLUE: ON STAGE is rated for ages 12 and up. This show contains the following: SEXUAL SUGGESTIVENESS, ADULT LANGUAGE, STROBE LIGHT EFFECTS, GUNSHOTS, FAKE SMOKING, AND SIMULATED ALCOHOL USE. That done, we have to say, those all sound like selling points, right?
