From Bad to Verse: Kiln It At Work, Relativity, Give Bees a Chance

Kiln It At Work

A potter I know was very sad

And broke into a sob

He didn’t know that getting fired

Is the main part of his job

Relativity

When separated from my twin conjoined

My outlook sure improved

I lost a part of me, but gained

A brother once removed

Limerick (Untitled)

Yoko Ono and others all dance

Protesting the spraying of plants

Politicians deny

That pollinators die

Oh why can’t we give bees a chance?

The Short of It

My friend said contractions

Keep popping up everywhere

I looked at her and said

“They’re”

Minus Sign

My fave group for now

Can make lots of noise

They’re called The Subtractions

“Take it away boys”

Cloud Nine

If you’re dancing happily on cloud nine

Way up in the air

You must be careful how you step

It’s a long fall down from there
