Lumina Holds Fund Raising Event

Next Thursday, November 4, Lumina Hospice and Palliative Care will be hosting an annual benefit.

A part of Benton County since 1980, this community-based nonprofit offers care for people nearing the end of their life, their services made available to all who need them. This event – called A Celebration of Resilience & Hope – will begin at 12:00 p.m. and last 30 minutes.

This fund raising event will allow Lumina to continue to offer their programs throughout the community. Their goal – to raise $100,000.

“We have all experienced loss during the pandemic,” says Angela Hibbard, Lumina’s Director of Development, Marketing and Outreach. “Loss of loved ones, funerals and rituals, social connections and other losses. We are so grateful for the community’s support so we can continue to be a resource for those in our community facing end of life care, including those who are grieving.”
