The city of Corvallis announced on their website that new Corvallis Transit System (CTS) drivers “have been hired and trained to proficiency”. As a result, the Route 5 and Route 6 buses have returned to their regular weekday service as of this morning.
So instead of running once every hour on weekdays as they have been, the Route 5 and Route 6 buses will resume operating every 30 minutes, with the first departure from the Downtown Transit Center scheduled at 6:15 a.m., and the last departure scheduled at 8:45 p.m.
On Saturdays, however, both buses will continue to run every 60 minutes until further notice. As for Sundays, departure times will continue to remain unchanged for both routes.
