In early March, Oregon State University will hold four Public Safety Community Listening and Input Sessions as opportunities for university and Corvallis community members to provide input on future OSU campus law enforcement arrangements.The sessions will be hosted by the Public Safety Advisory Committee, which was created after Oregon State Police terminated its policing contract with OSU on Oct 23, 2019. The sessions will help with decisions on future transitional and long-term law enforcement service providers for OSU.
All four sessions will take place between Mar 9 and 11. Three will be held at the OSU campus, in the Memorial Union Horizon Room. One will be held in the main meeting room of the Corvallis-Benton County Public Library.
Dates and Times:
• Monday, March 9, 6 to 8 p.m., Memorial Union Horizon Room.
• Tuesday, March 10, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Memorial Union Horizon Room.
• Tuesday, March 10, 7 to 9 p.m., Corvallis-Benton County Public Library, Main Meeting Room.
• Wednesday, March 11, 6 to 8 p.m., Memorial Union Horizon Room.
