Rep. Val Hoyle sets Town Hall for Monday, It’s Telephonic and Easy to Attend

Representative Val Hoyle has announced she will host a telephone town hall on Monday, December 15th at 5:30 pm.

Hoyle plans share end of year updates about what’s going on in Congress and how it’s impacting communities in the district. It is also an opportunity to ask Rep. Hoyle questions and get answers directly from her.

These telephonic town halls have become popular of late, they allow Representatives and Senators, while still conducting business in DC, to meet with constituents – and they’re obviously easy for folks to attend.

How to Join

To join the tele-town hall, constituents of Oregon’s 4th district should fill out the form linked here. The form will close on Monday, December 15th at 10 am.

What’s a telephone town hall, how it works

A tele-townhall is a town hall meeting done over the telephone with Rep. Hoyle and other constituents in the district. It’s a way for her to be in conversation with as many people as possible and provide direct updates while she is in Washington, D.C. for votes. After filling out the form above, you will receive a call from her at the designated start time and be invited to stay on the line to join. After joining the call, attendees will receive instructions on how to ask a question.
