Art in the Valley
Everyone living in the Willamette Valley or along the coast cannot avoid being aware of water; it is omnipresent. Clouds, fog, rain, ice snow, rivers, the ocean, all are part of our environment. Neale has attempted to create paintings of these subjects in locations that many if not most of you have visited and will recognize. As you look at these images, perhaps they will evoke memories of experiences. Neale hopes that you will appreciate how he came to see them.
