League of Women Voters’ of Corvallis Hosting Program on Proposed Civic Campus

The public is invited to a special program on Wednesday, December 6, at 7 pm at the Corvallis-Benton County Public Library about the Civic Campus that is being proposed by the City of Corvallis. City Manager Mark Shepard will be the featured speaker at this program, which is sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Corvallis.

The program will provide an opportunity for audience members to hear directly from the City Manager.

  • Why does the proposal include the demolition of City Hall?
  • How will this $49 million project be funded?
  • How does the Civic Campus fit into the City’s broader facility needs assessment?

Following the City Manager’s presentation, there will be plenty of time for audience questions.

Those who plan to attend are encouraged to watch the architect’s full presentation at https://vimeo.com/876440685?share=copy prior to the City Manager’s in-person presentation.

This program will be available both in person and via Zoom.
